On this page I’m going to tell you how to get more than just a free lesson. It’s a whole crash-course chock-full of the sort of practical, real-world advice I WISH someone had shared with me back when I was struggling to figure-out how to start a successful law firm.

Unfortunately for me, and it doesn’t have to be this way for you too, I made it much, much harder and more expensive for myself than it had to be. Mostly because I was too-embarrassed to ask for help. I’ll share more about my story with you later. But first I think before you invest your valuable time and energy listening-to and watching advice from someone about how to start a successful law firm, I know you want to be sure I’m a credible source of information.

Probably, most important of all though, you want to be sure that my idea of what it means for a law firm to be “successful” is consistent with your idea of what it means for a law firm to be “successful”. Or else what’s the point, right?

–> My idea of a “successful” law firm is based on a 40 hour work-week, not a 60 hour week. Sure there will be weeks when you have to work 60 hours. But there will also be weeks you will only work 20 hours too.

–> My idea of a successful law firm comes from the long-view of what the business is supposed to help you accomplish with your life and career. Not just a collection of gimmickey short-cuts.

–>I also believe that in order to qualify as being successful, your law firm must generate sufficient profits and achieve positive cash-flow quickly-enough for you to live comfortably in the manner to which you want to become accustomed. It should not ask you to settle, compromise or to just “get by”.

–> And you want to be sure your new law firm is a business you can be proud of. You want to be happy and excited when you think about your business, not overwhelmed, scared or depressed about it.

Lots of people go around talking about helping us make more money as lawyers. But few I’ve seen, heard or read anything from, talk about what it really means to have a truly “successful” law firm.
